The lawn runs from just inside the gate right back to Rosegold — the largest space on the property, and where the baraat and the ceremony happen. A brick drive splits it in two, with palms, rockery and topiary along the edges.
Where the mandap goes. Marble floors, a cove-lit ceiling and a sunburst stage backdrop, fully air-conditioned — also the room for smaller functions and daytime gatherings.
Where your guests eat. A covered colonnaded pavilion opening straight onto the garden, with carved bronze panels and gold-banded columns — the buffet runs its length with seating alongside.
Seventeen Deluxe and eight Superior rooms across two connected wings, all air-conditioned with WiFi and private bathrooms. On the first floor, one door opens onto a set of three rooms and another onto a pair — so families genuinely stay together.
A free-form pool with mosaic-tiled edging, loungers and parasols, and a separate circular baby pool set well away from the deep end. Available with two- and three-day bookings.
Bring the cook your family trusts. Our on-site kitchen has its own entrance behind Rosegold, so your caterer works without ever crossing the guest areas. Outside alcohol is welcome, with no corkage.
Gulmohar has been hosting Dhanbad's weddings from a plot on the Govindpur road for a decade. We are not a chain and there is no call centre — when you enquire, you speak to the family who runs the place, and we are there on the day.
